Fit & Measurement

You measure yourself at home. No tailor visit required. Here's exactly how it works.

Two options. Follow our self-guided online walkthrough — 18 measurements, about 12 minutes, you'll need a soft tape measure and a partner to help. Or book a free 15-minute video call with one of our fitters who'll walk you through every measurement on camera. Either way: no in-person tailor required. We've fitted grooms across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, and beyond this way.
Most of our customers haven't. The measurement guide is written for non-tailors — plain language, step-by-step photos for each measurement point. If anything feels unclear, book the video call. It's free and takes 15 minutes.
Very accurate — which is why we give you detailed guidance and a free remake if anything is off. Our workshop in Jaipur, India cuts to within 2–3mm of your measurements. If you follow the guide carefully, the fit will be precise. If a measurement is wrong on arrival, we remake the affected pieces at no cost.
Yes, if they're recent and from a tailor who measured to the same points we use. Bodies change — we recommend a fresh measurement if it's been more than 12 months or if your weight has shifted.
Yes. Every suit is cut to your specific measurements — there's a size chart, But You Can always Provide your Measurments. Broad shoulders, shorter torso, athletic build, larger chest — the pattern is drawn for your body, not adjusted from a template. This is the core advantage of our workshop model.

Delivery & Shipping

From Jaipur, India to your door — wherever in the world that is.

21 days door-to-door from confirmation of measurements. Production in Jaipur, India (14–16 days) + DHL Express (3–5 days). If we miss the deadline, your order is free.
Yes. US, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, UAE, Singapore and most countries worldwide via DHL Express. All orders fully tracked. Delivery times outside the US may vary by 1–3 days depending on customs.
For US orders: all duties included in your price. You pay nothing at the door. For international orders, customs duties may apply — check your local thresholds or email us before ordering for country-specific advice.
Free on all orders above $100 — which is every suit we make. Remake shipments are also free, both ways.
If we miss our committed delivery date for any reason within our control, your order is free. No discount, no voucher — free. We track every order daily and contact you before a delay happens.

Guarantee & Returns

We put our money where our craft is. Here's exactly what happens if something isn't right.

Tell us within 14 days of delivery. We'll remake the affected pieces at no charge. A small shipping fee applies for sending replacement pieces: jacket $45 · pants $35 · vest $35 · full suit $65 — this fee is refunded, will be added as store credit and can be used at the time of your next purchase. If the remake still doesn't fit, you get a full refund. No restocking fees. No exit interview.
Any fit issue attributable to measurement or cutting error — shoulders, chest, waist, trouser seat, sleeve length, trouser break. The remake itself is completely free. Shipping fee applies: jacket $45 · pants $35 · vest $35 · full suit $65, refunded will be added as store credit and can be used at the time of your next purchase.. If the remake also doesn't fit — full refund, no questions.
You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund (less the 7% payment gateway fee, which we don't retain). After production begins, refunds are only issued if a remake fails to resolve the fit issue.

The Craft

What actually happens in our Jaipur, India workshop — and why it matters to your suit.

Every suit passes through 11 sets of hands in our Jaipur, India workshop. Cutting is by hand. Lapel padding is by hand. Main seams use an industrial machine — we won't pretend otherwise — but everything that shows, ages, and gets noticed in your wedding photos is hand-finished.
Jawahar Nagar, Jaipur, India. We do not subcontract. Every LORVANEO™ suit is cut, stitched, and finished in-house by our tailoring team, led by our master tailor who has been in this workshop for 27 years.
Most online suit brands subcontract to factories. We own our workshop. No middlemen, no factory markups, direct accountability. If something is wrong, the people who made it fix it. Our master tailor has been cutting suits for us since 1997. That's not a story we tell. It's the reason the suit fits.
Famous Brands subcontracts to factories and charges $500–700 for what we deliver at $299–395. some other are off-the-rack with minor alterations, starting at $700+. We cut every suit to your body, in our own workshop, by people who have been doing this for decades. The price difference exists because we removed every layer between the craftsman and you.

15% off on 4 or more suits ordered together. Each man gets his own measurements and his own custom-cut suit. Email support@lorvaneo.com for a group quote within 24 hours.
Yes. We ship worldwide. Grooms in the UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, Singapore, Europe and beyond have ordered from us. Contact us before ordering for country-specific delivery and duty information.
At least 6 weeks before your wedding. Ideally 3–4 months out. Rush orders within 3 weeks of a wedding date: contact us first at support@lorvaneo.com.
Within 24 hours of placing your order, yes — full refund less the 7% payment gateway fee (which we don't retain). After 24 hours, production begins and cancellation is not possible, but the remake and refund guarantee still applies.
